What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept payment by PayPal and credit card: Visa, Mastercard

Why do I have to pre-order?

Pre-ordering a product ensures that you will receive your product as soon as the shipment has arrived.  There is no guarantee that the product will be available for you to order at time of arrival.  

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking number from Canada Post via e-mail.

What are my options for shipping?

Do you ship to any other countries?

As a Canadian distributor for Righteous Roots, we only ship within Canada.

When do you fulfill orders?

orders will be fulfilled on Sundays and wednesdays.

Ex. If you ordered on a wednesday evening, your order will be fulfilled on sunday.

If you ordered on a monday, your order will be fulfilled on wednesday.

There is an error in the shipping address that was provided, what do I do?

Please send an email to 

as soon as possible to send the correct information for shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only be able to edit your shipping address BEFORE your order has shipped.

What happens if I do not respond to a customer service e-mail?

If you have been contacted by customer service for any reason and there is no response, after 10 days, you will receive a full refund and your order will be cancelled.
